Stephanie & Divesh, Bellevue WA Maternity Photos

I met Stephanie last year when she taught a class in my room during my planning period. By the end of the year, I would go out during my long planning period on Fridays and get us some Potbelly, come back, and we'd spend the lunch period hanging out in the classroom eating our food until her students came back and proclaimed (more than once): "You got food from that hipster place again!"

Stephanie and her husband Divesh are expecting their first child in June (hopefully sooner :) !). They were kind enough to be my guinea pigs for maternity photos. It's definitely different than any other photography I've done! So, without any further ado, I present to you adorably pregnant Stephanie (and Divesh!):

Lillian is going to be one very loved little girl. I can't wait to meet her (and babysit)! Congratulations, Stephanie & Divesh!

Jess & Cam, Vancouver BC Engagement Photos

I got to spend the day with Jess & Cam on Saturday, doing some engagement shots around Vancouver. When we get to Scotland in a week, we're going to try to go off and do a few more shots around Glasgow. What a photogenic couple - I'm definitely looking forward to getting to take some more photos! I know I am one of many who is excited to see these two finally getting married. Congrats guys, and I hope you enjoy these!

Brit & Sam - Bellingham Engagement Photos

I've been friends with Brit since the first day of my sophomore year at WWU. Years later, we've been roommates, great friends, and had some hilarious times together. She and Sam got engaged last year, which was just awesome news. Of course, I wanted to take some photos of them! We had lots of fun wandering around Bellingham - most of the shots were indoors, since the weather wasn't too kind to us. But good times were had, and some super cute photos came out of it!

Of course, there'll be many more to come. These are only from the first 45 minutes or so. :)

Jen the Pirate - July 2011

Spent about 5 hours shopping for a costume at Goodwill, Michael's, and Target. Then, we spent about 2 hours working on her hair and makeup. After a 2 hour-long photoshoot, I think we got some really awesome photos of Jen the Pirate. Here's some of my favorites:
